Die Verwendung von "Propose"
Propose + Gerundium bedeutet suggest. In dieser Formulierung hat es dieselbe Bedeutung, wie wenn es vor einem 'that-Satz' stehen würde.

Propose + Infinitiv bedeutet intend (vorhaben)oder offer (anbieten).
